Job summary

Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical support and nursing oversight to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This part-time position requires travel, direct patient care, medication management, and collaboration with staff and families. Candidates must have an active Georgia LPN license and 5 years of nursing experience. The role offers comprehensive benefits, including paid time off and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Provide healthcare oversight and documentation to maintain compliance with agency policies.
• Conduct and document supervisory home visits at least every 60 days.
• Manage the on-call nursing emergency cell phone in rotation with the department RN.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Coordinate medication management and health care management.
• Conduct annual skill checks for staff as needed.
