Job summary

Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta (JF&CS) seeks a detail‑oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the community. This part‑time role emphasizes nursing administration, health documentation, and coordination, with regular client home visits.

You’ll work under the Division RN, handle health records, schedules, and care coordination to keep services organized, safe, and responsive.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia LPN license in good standing.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license.
• 5 years of LPN experience required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficient with electronic health record documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date health records, care plans, and documentation.
• Coordinate calendars for home visits and medical appointments.
• Assist RN with client care monitoring and flag health concerns.
• Support scheduling and documentation of staff skill checks and trainings.
• Maintain records and schedules; work independently to complete tasks.
• Provide limited on-call backup coverage.
