Job summary

Rock River Counseling Center in Rockford, IL is seeking a part-time Licensed Professional Counselor to join our private practice. The LPC will provide individual therapy in outpatient setting and manage own caseload.

Supervision toward LCPC licensure is provided; CEU support; compensation is hourly with paid admin time and employer-funded SEP-IRA retirement.

No billing responsibilities; you set your own schedule and collaborate in a small team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Illinois LPC or MFT license is required.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities and treatment plan formulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions in an outpatient setting.
• Maintain timely, accurate case notes and treatment plans in our EMR.
• Manage your own client schedule.
• Work collaboratively within a small group practice.
• Billing is handled through our outside billing company — no billing responsibilities required.
