Job summary

Pathways for Change Children's Counseling Center in Emmaus, PA, is seeking a compassionate LPC or LAPC to provide outpatient therapy to children and families on a part-time basis, with afternoons/evenings and 15–20 hours per week, with potential to grow to 25–30 hours.

You'll receive free weekly supervision with licensed clinicians, build a full caseload, and collaborate with schools and physicians as clinically appropriate within a supportive private practice.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling or related mental health field.
  • Current Pennsylvania LPC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW or LAPC credential/ eligibility to apply for LAPC.
  • Eligible to work in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient individual therapy to children and adolescents.
  • Conduct family sessions and collaborate with parents/caregivers.
  • Complete timely clinical documentation.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with schools, physicians, and other providers as clinically appropriate.
  • Participate in weekly supervision and ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Pennsylvania licensing regulations.

Pathways for Change Children's Counseling Center is a well-established pediatric mental health practice dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and families thrive. We are seeking a compassionate, motivatedLicensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or similar, or Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC)who is passionate about working with children and families and is looking for a supportive environment to begin and grow their clinical career.

Unlike many agencies, we offerfree weekly individual supervisionwith experienced licensed clinicians and will help you build afull caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate counselor who wants high-quality mentorship while developing strong clinical skills in a respected private practice.

Position Details
  • Part-time position15-20 hours per weekwith potential to transition to full-time at 25-30 hours per week.
  • Part-Time Schedule includes:
    • Mondays
    • Tuesdays
    • Fridays
    • Potential Saturday availability
  • Afternoon and evening availability is required to accommodate children and families after school hours.
