Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group seeks Contractual LPC Residency Supervisors to provide high-quality clinical supervision to Counseling Residents delivering home- and clinic-based therapy services. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for experienced LPCs who are passionate about developing emerging clinicians.

Supervisors will oversee residents providing 4-8 hours/week per youth/family. Virtual or hybrid work options are available, with bi-weekly individual and group supervision and

Qualifications

Active Virginia LPC license; minimum 2 years post-licensure experience.
Preferred: clinical supervision experience.
Preferred: community-based mental health services experience.
Preferred: experience with children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision in accordance with Virginia Board of Counseling requirements.
Conduct bi-weekly 1-hour individual supervision per supervisee.
Conduct bi-weekly 1-hour group supervision (up to 6 supervisees).
Support supervisee development in clinical skills, assessment, ethics, and professional development.
Maintain documentation and compliance standards for supervision.
