Job summary

Thriveworks Counseling in Woodridge, IL is seeking individuals pursuing Illinois State Licensure as a LCPC. This full-time, 30 hours/week role features a 50/50 hybrid schedule (in office and remote) and requires residing within 45 minutes of the Woodridge office.

Compensation is a fee-for-service model with potential $45,000-$55,000 annually, plus guaranteed pay, paid orientation, no-show protection, annual raises and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Approved by the board as a Clinical Professional Counselor in Training.
• Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety.
• Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM under a licensed supervisor.
