Qualifications

• Competent use of digital camera, word processing and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Apply manual rules and company standards to identify risks.
• Prepare a schedule to maximize time use and meet service timelines.
• Correspond with insured via phone, email and text to set up appointments.
• Complete a physical loss control survey noting issues or hazards.
• Prepare reports with photos after inspections.
• Communicate survey status via internal progress reports.
