ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking Loss Control Field Inspectors to conduct inspections on commercial or residential properties. This part-time/occasional role offers a home-based setup with travel within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities include applying rules and company standards to identify risks, preparing schedules, and coordinating with insured via phone, email and text. A physical loss control survey and detailed reporting with photos are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must live within 30-mile radius of territory.
• Home-based role with travel to inspection locations.
• Maintain automobile insurance with required liability limits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Apply company standards to identify risks and reduce accident chances.
• Prepare a schedule to maximize time and meet service targets.
• Coordinate with insured via phone, email, and text to set up appointments.
• Complete a loss control survey and identify current issues or hazards.
• Prepare reports with multiple photos after inspections and communicate status via reports.
