Job summary

ARMStrongInsurance Services is seeking Loss Control Field Inspectors for a part-time/occasional role. Inspectors will conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties, report findings, and coordinate with insured clients from a home-based setting with travel to inspection locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must live within 30-mile radius of territory and work from home with travel.
• Maintain automobile insurance with bodily injury limits >= $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident or $300,000 combined.
• Ability to conduct physical inspections using a digital camera and basic tools.
• Proficient with word processing and email communications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Apply manual rules and company standards to identify risks and reduce accidents.
• Prepare a schedule to maximize time and meet service deadlines.
• Correspond with insured via phone, email, and text to set up appointments.
• Complete a physical loss control survey to identify issues or hazards.
• Prepare reports with multiple pictures after inspections.
• Communicate survey status via internal progress reports.
