Job summary

ARMStrongInsurance Services is seeking Loss Control Field Inspectors to conduct inspections of commercial or residential properties. The role is part-time/occasional with scheduling that varies week to week, and you set your own hours.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, identifying risks, compiling reports with photos, and coordinating with insureds to arrange appointments. Training is provided and you will be paid weekly, with mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Competent use of digital camera, word processing and email.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must live within 30-mile radius of territory.
• Based from home with travel to inspection locations within your assigned territory.
• Maintain automobile insurance with bodily injury limits equal to or greater than $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident or $300,000 combined.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Apply manual rules and company standards to identify possible risks.
• Prepare a schedule to maximize time and ensure timely service.
• Coordinate with insured via phone, email and text to set up appointments.
• Complete a loss control survey to identify issues or hazards.
• Prepare reports with photos after inspections.
• Share survey status via internal progress reports.
