Job summary

ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking a Loss Control Field Inspector to perform inspections at commercial or residential properties and report findings. This role is part-time and can vary weekly, with you setting your own schedule and traveling within your assigned territory.

Based from home, you will inspect sites, document risks with photos, and submit reports. Training is provided, and compensation starts at around $50 per inspection with weekly base pay and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with digital cameras and basic document creation.
• Comfortable using word processing and email for reports and scheduling.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving history.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Apply rules and company standards to identify risks and reduce accidents.
• Prepare a schedule to maximize time and ensure service deadlines.
• Contact insured via phone, email and text to set appointments.
• Complete a loss-control survey identifying issues or hazards.
• Prepare required reports with multiple photos after inspections.
• Update internal progress reports on survey status.
