Job summary

ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking Loss Control Field Inspectors to conduct inspections on commercial or residential properties within your territory. This is a Part-Time/Occasional role with flexible hours and travel required.

You will perform physical inspections, identify risks, prepare reports with photos, and coordinate with clients by phone, email, or text. Training provided; weekly base pay and mileage reimbursement offered.

Qualifications

• Competent use of a digital camera, word processing, and email.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must live within 30-mile radius of territory.
• Home-based with required travel to inspections within territory.
• Maintain automobile insurance with bodily injury limits equal to or greater than $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident or $300,000 combined.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on either commercial or residential properties.
• Apply manual rules and company standards to identify risks to reduce accidents.
• Prepare a schedule to maximize optimal use of time and to ensure time service is met.
• Correspond with insured via phone, email and text to set up appointments.
• Complete a physical loss control survey to identify current issues or hazards.
• Prepare required reports with multiple pictures after inspections.
• Communicate survey status via internal progress reports.
