HOKALI is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time) to oversee inventory, gear, and site supply operations across the SF Bay Area, including Oakland and monthly trips to San Jose. You will manage receiving, storage, and distribution with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a reliable vehicle, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and experience in warehouse or field logistics. Flexible 4–8 hours weekly, with mileage reimbursement or a flat rate option.

Qualifications

• Reliable personal vehicle and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Prior experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or field logistics preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records.
• Proficiency with digital tools (Slack, spreadsheets, shipping platforms).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and label incoming inventory and uniforms at central storage.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records of all items.
• Assemble and prep welcome kits and site-specific material packages.
• Coordinate shipments via UPS/FedEx or direct delivery to partner sites.
• Manage supply operations across SF Bay Area/Oakland with monthly visits to San Jose.
