HOKALI in San Francisco is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time) to oversee inventory, distribution, and site supply operations across the SF Bay Area. You will receive shipments, maintain storage, assemble program packages, and ensure timely delivery to partner schools.

With monthly travel to San Jose, the role requires warehouse or logistics experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or field logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Storage Management: Receive, inspect, organize, and label all incoming inventory and staff uniforms at central storage.
• Stock Tracking & Records: Maintain accurate inventory records and log all items.
• Kitting & Package Assembly: Assemble welcome kits, uniforms, and site-specific material packages.
• Distribution & Shipping: Coordinate shipments via carriers or deliver to partner school sites.
• Regional Logistics Coverage: Manage operations across SF Bay Area/Oakland with monthly visits to San Jose.
• Internal Communication: Coordinate with operations teams via Slack and track hours in TriNet.
