Job summary

HandsOn Bay Area is seeking a Program Delivery Coordinator to manage fleet and delivery logistics for volunteer projects in the San Francisco area. The role is full-time and in-person at our office/warehouse, with occasional community site visits across the Bay Area.

You will coordinate deliveries, pickups, and purchases, manage the fleet, and assist with packing and organizing supplies for HandsAt Work projects. Strong coordination and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CA driver’s license and ability to drive fleet vehicles.
• Experience coordinating deliveries and purchases.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, shipping, and purchasing runs for HandsAt Work projects.
• Maintain scheduling calendar; help create weekly plans in advance.
• Identify fleet options and coordinate use of vans, U-Haul, Zipcars, or personal vehicles.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure needs are met and deliveries stay on schedule.
• Drive fleet to project sites, complete purchases, and drop off donations as needed.
• Assist with warehouse organization and tool inventory and packing plans.
