Job summary

HOKALI is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time) to oversee inventory, distribution, and site supply operations across the SF Bay Area, including Oakland and monthly travel to San Jose.

The role requires coordinating shipments, assembling kits, and maintaining organized records, with flexible 4–8 hours per week. A reliable vehicle, valid license, and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Prior experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or field logistics preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records.
• Proficiency with Slack, spreadsheets, shipping platforms.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and label all incoming inventory at central storage facility.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and log incoming/outgoing items.
• Assemble and prepare welcome kits, uniforms, and site-specific material packages.
• Coordinate shipments via UPS/FedEx or delivery to partner school sites.
• Manage supply operations across SF Bay Area with monthly travel to San Jose.
• Coordinate with operations teams via Slack and track hours in TriNet.
