Job summary

HOKALI is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time) to oversee inventory, material distribution, and site supply operations across the SF Bay Area. You will manage gear, uniforms, and educational supplies from receipt to delivery to partner school sites.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, maintaining storage, assembling kits, and coordinating shipments with carriers or direct deliveries, with travel to San Jose about monthly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or field logistics preferred.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & storage management: receive, inspect, organize, label inventory and staff uniforms.
• Stock tracking: maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and log items.
• Kitting & package assembly: assemble welcome kits and site materials.
• Distribution & shipping: coordinate shipments via UPS/FedEx or direct delivery to partner sites.
• Regional logistics: manage supplies across SF Bay Area with monthly travel to San Jose.
• Internal communication: coordinate with operations via Slack and track hours using TriNet.
