Job summary

Treobytes is seeking a Logistics and Sales Assistant in San Diego to blend operational support with inside sales. You will manage calendars, events, and inventory, while researching potential clients and maintaining lead records.

The role requires organization, collaboration, and strong communication with colleagues and prospective clients. The position supports multiple departments, participates in outreach, and drives process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of logistics or operations experience.
• Flexibility to extend work hours on an as-needed basis for events.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Manage appointments, coordinate meetings, events, and update team calendars.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet team needs.
• Answer phones, screen calls, greet visitors, and handle mail, packages, and emails.
• Write, edit, and format flyers, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain filing systems and manage data entry.
• Track inventory, reorder program supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
• Develop deep knowledge of Treobytes products and services.
