Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the location, verify credentials for personnel and visitors.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document and report incidents per site and Allied Universal procedures.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site policies.
• Collaborate with site staff to maintain a secure logistics environment.
