Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location, enforcing site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control facility access by verifying credentials, screening visitors, maintaining visitor records, and directing authorized personnel.
• Respond to access-control concerns and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas including entry points, loading areas, and perimeters, reporting any unusual conditions.
• Document daily activities, access-control events, incidents, and observations per site procedures.
