Qualifications

• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorized access, and maintain records.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report unusual activity or policy violations with clear incident documentation.
