The successful candidate will coordinate scheduling, training, performance reviews, and daily operations while upholding company standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in hospitality, business administration or relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software.
• Demonstrates professional knowledge of sales, cash handling, and personnel procedures.
• Experience working with a diverse group of employees and supervisory experience.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of a 14-room hotel, 6 two-bedroom and 2 three-bedroom units, and 4 RV lots.
• Maintain guest registration system, collect payments, and issue receipts for spaces rented.
• Manage personnel, including hiring, training, evaluation, and discipline of hotel staff.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and credit card compliance at all times.
• Develop and apply a marketing strategy to promote hotel services and amenities.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and evaluate hotel performance.
• Set room rates and budgets; allocate funds to departments; conduct regular evaluations.
