Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Lobby Reception in Carmel, IN. The role offers flexible, anchor shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts via our scheduling platform to boost earnings.

Pay rate is $18.54 per hour with a fixed Sunday shift and a schedule designed for income stability, while enabling growth toward a full-time schedule up to 40 hours weekly where possible.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Background check and drug screening per policy.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees and vendors at the front desk.
• Monitor visitor access, verify identifications, issue credentials, and maintain records.
• Answer calls, provide directions, and communicate professionally with staff and guests.
• Observe lobby activity, report security concerns, and deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in line with emergency procedures.
