Job summary

Tier4 Group in Milwaukee, WI seeks an Associate Analyst (Part-Time Contract) to support a specialized financing program within a financial services organization. The role focuses on succession loans, ensuring documentation and processing are accurate and timely.

You will coordinate with program managers, partners, and financial institutions, maintain records, and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial operations, loan administration, or similar support functions.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Analytical problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of a succession loan program, managing multiple active cases.
• Coordinate with program managers, partners, consultants, and financial institutions to facilitate processing.
• Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy before routing for approval.
• Monitor a shared team inbox and respond to inquiries within SLAs.
• Track loan applications through approval and funding processes.
• Assist with loan-related administrative tasks, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain records and documentation according to policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
