The role suits someone with banking or financial services experience who can manage confidential information, work independently, and organize multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Part-time (less than 30 hours/week) in-office schedule, 9am–4pm, with compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in financial institution operations or customer service.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Strong mathematical ability for balances and interest.

Responsibilities

• Process loan payments, advances, and payoff requests.
• Maintain loan records in servicing systems.
• Assist with booking new loans and closing paid loans.
• Monitor documentation and follow up on items (UCC, mortgages, etc.).
• Review draw requests and supporting docs.
• Calculate payoff amounts and answer inquiries.
• Assist with charged-off, REO, non-accrual servicing.
• Maintain insurance records and liaise with agents/clients.
• Prepare loan reports and support audits.
• Support compliance reporting.
• Collect and organize social impact data.
• Provide general admin support to Loan Department.
