City Bank is seeking a Part Time Loan Doc Prep Specialist – Indirect Lending at our Operations Center in Lubbock, TX. You will review indirect loan documents, enter data into the calculation worksheet, and prepare the loan funding sheet.

You will verify terms, rates, and lien perfection to meet regulatory and policy standards, and communicate funding status to dealerships. Ideal candidates will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and familiarity with TSI or Dealertrack

Qualifications

• Review loan documents and supporting documentation for Indirect Loans.
• Ensure proper terms, rate and lien perfection comply with regulations and policy.
• Maintain accuracy in calculation worksheet and logs.
• Provide prompt, courteous responses to document requests.

Responsabilités
