Qualifications

• Experience coordinating music for live events or sports productions.
• Strong library management and cue sheet organization.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in fast-paced game-day environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Live Production Manager with preparing and loading music tracks and audio assets.
• Execute in-game music cues following a run of show and live game cues.
• Maintain and organize music libraries and cue sheets for event readiness.
• Support rehearsals, production meetings, and pregames to align entertainment elements.
• Troubleshoot playback and cueing issues during live events.
