The role focuses on preparing, organizing, and executing music cues to enhance the fan experience, working closely with the Live Production Manager, DJ, and production team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting live music or entertainment during events or sports games.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with NBA/WNBA game formats and timing structures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Live Production Manager with preparing, loading, and organizing music tracks and audio assets.
• Execute in-game music cues following a run of show with live direction from the Game Director.
• Maintain and organize music libraries, playlists, and cue sheets for events.
• Support rehearsals, production meetings, and pregames preparation.
• Troubleshoot playback and cueing issues during live events and communicate fixes quickly.
