Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking an Event Operations Staff member for Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego. This part‑time, hourly position requires availability days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges from $18.30 to $20.30 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities include setup, teardown, load‑in/out support, and maintaining safety and cleanliness of event spaces. The role may involve field conversions and equipment handling as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Experience in event operations is a plus.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of stadium events.
• Perform event conversions, including field and floor protection and equipment placement.
• Support load‑in and load‑out operations for clients, vendors, and production teams.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of event spaces and back‑of‑house areas during events.
• Conduct pre‑, in‑, and post‑event inspections to ensure safety and standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Respond to operational issues in a timely manner.
• Adhere to stadium policies, safety procedures, and sustainability practices.
