Oak View Group is seeking an Operations Staff member for event preparation, move-ins, move-outs, and general maintenance. The role offers varied hours and an hourly rate of $15.00.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work days, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and the ability to learn new skills.
• Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to climb stairs and lift heavy objects unaided.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general labor as assigned.
• Setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, other event seating, stages, dirt, shavings, etc.
• Assists in conversion duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Respond to tenants and customers as needed in a professional manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all building property and grounds.
• Follow detailed instructions as assigned.
• Work as a team and be able to work independently while completing tasks.
• Actively care for all complex equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of property.
• Maintain organized storage areas.
• May be asked to operate industrial vehicles such as carts, forklifts, and floor scrubbers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
