Job summary

Oak View Group seeks Guest Experience Representatives to provide outstanding service to Snapdragon Stadium guests and to help ensure smooth event experiences. You will assist attendees, guide them to seating, handle lost and found, monitor crowd areas, and maintain a welcoming, safe environment during events.

The role is part-time with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour, and includes benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan and matching. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Must be comfortable standing or remaining in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Must be able to display a positive and energetic attitude.
• Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events as scheduled.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for guests attending events at Snapdragon Stadium.
• Handle lost and found during events.
• Recognize potential hazards and observe appropriate precautions with guests.
• Scan and check for valid tickets at premium VIP entrances.
• Receive and quickly act upon requests or complaints from guests.
• Monitor all public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
• Be familiar with Snapdragon Stadium to answer stadium questions and provide accurate directions.
• Project a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude during your shift.
• Direct guests to their ticketed seat or appropriate seating sections.
• Keep aisles and stairs clear of guests.
• Monitor the seating area for guests who may not be in the correct area and ask to verify tickets.
• Provide location‑specific direction for guests using elevators.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

About The Venue

Snapdragon Stadium is a 35,000-seat multipurpose venue that serves as the home for San Diego State University football, San Diego Wave FC (NWSL soccer), San Diego Football Club, major concerts and festivals, professional sports, motorsports, international soccer, high school sports, entertainment events, and private special events.
