Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a Security Officer for Snapdragon Stadium to protect visitors and staff across 24/7 security operations. The role offers an hourly rate of $21.80–$22.00 and full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with matching, and paid time off.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of security experience, and BSIS Security Guard certification as a plus. Training and regulatory compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Monitors CCTV and fire alarm systems; ensures security of stadium.
• Verifies credentials of visitors/contractors; denies access to unauthorized individuals.
• Patrols premises to protect staff, guests, and vendors.
• Responds to incidents; acts as first responder when required.
• Maintains logs, notes, and handoffs; completes incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Performs person and parcel screening per Snapdragon Stadium policies.
• Conducts internal investigations and documents findings.
• Attends security briefings and trainings to stay updated on stadium policies.
• Greet clients, employees, guests, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Adheres to security protocols and represents the company positively.
• Other duties as assigned.
