Job summary

Oak View Group in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an Operations Staff Member to support all aspects of event setup, changeover, teardown, and facility readiness. You will set up stages, seating configurations, chairs and tables, and assist with BOH spaces, ensuring changes happen safely and accurately on schedule.

This part-time role is paid hourly ($12.00–$14.00) and includes benefits like a 401(k) savings plan and matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests, vendors, staff.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements is preferred.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support event operations and facility needs with general labor tasks.
• Set up and break down chairs, tables, seating, stages and equipment.
• Install and arrange stage elements per event diagrams and client specs.
• Assist with day-of-event tasks including barricades, drape, and railings.
