Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator (Part Time) to support live auctions, greet attendees, collect information, and ensure all pre-auction requirements are met. You will travel regionally within the Williamsburg/Newport News VA area, with a provided rental car for out-of-territory events.

Knowledge of Auction.com programs, strong communication, and data accuracy are essential. The role offers flexible hours, 8:00 am–5:00 pm auctions on weekdays, training sessions, and

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in customer-facing or live-event environments is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 2 hours to event locations in personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and collect customer information to meet pre-auction requirements.
• Learn and share knowledge about Auction.com programs for attendees.
• Collect sensitive buyer/seller information with 100% data accuracy.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced auction setting and provide customer service at events.
• Prepare event reports and assist with training sessions as needed.
