Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator (Part Time) to join its team in the Williamsburg/Newport News area of Virginia. You will interact with bidders during live courthouse auctions, manage participant data, and support the auction process with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working in customer service and helping people.
• Is tech-savvy with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Has excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Has great adaptability and quickly grasps new concepts.
• Can regularly travel up to 2 hours to event locations in their personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and collects customer information to ensure pre‑auction requirements are met.
• Learn and share knowledge about Auction.com programs and initiatives.
• Collect sensitive buyer and seller information with 100% data input accuracy.
• Multi-task within the fast‑paced auction environment and provide customer service to attendees.
• Complete event reports and participate in scheduled training and team calls.
• Maintain professionalism with customers and on‑site staff.
