Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator (Part Time) to welcome guests, collect information, and support live auctions. You will learn Auction.com programs, ensure accurate data entry, and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

The role covers Fredericksburg, VA, with local travel up to 2 hours. Hours are typically 6–10 per week, with training sessions and potential additional compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours in a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and collect customer information to meet pre-auction requirements.
• Learn and share knowledge about Auction.com programs and initiatives.
• Collect buyer and seller information with 100% data input accuracy.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced auction environment and provide customer service to attendees.
• Maintain professionalism with customers and on-site staff; complete event reports.
