Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Auction Coordinator I for Franklin, TN. This part-time role involves assisting in live auctions, coordinating event logistics, and engaging bidders. Expect 2–4 hours per auction day and 8–12 hours weekly, with travel to nearby areas and occasional longer trips with a rental car provided.

You’ll work with the team to ensure smooth auction operations, educate customers on participation, and help turn houses into homes. Flexible hours and training opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism with customers and on-site staff (deputies, government employees, attorneys).
• Produce auction day processes for varying asset volumes.
• Maintain event equipment and materials.
• Be a subject matter expert on customer resources.
• Communicate professionally and network with stakeholders.
• Collect customer information using proprietary software.
• Auctioneering and bid tracking for various asset volumes.
• Complete customer receipts and event reports.
• Identify and support efficiencies in processes and technology.
• Facilitate on-the-job training for event day roles.
• Participate in scheduled training and team calls.
• Complete tasks with high quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
