Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator to be the face of the brand in Fairfax, VA. You will assist, co-host, and participate in live auctions and help attendees with registration and information.

The role involves travel to surrounding counties, flexible daily auctions Mon-Fri 8:00–5:00, potential training sessions, and 6–10 hours weekly with variable hours.

Strong customer service, tech savvy, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are important; prior auction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and collecting customer information for pre-auction requirements.
• Learn and share Auction.com programs to deliver the best auction experience.
• Collect sensitive buyer and seller information with 100% data accuracy.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced auction environment while delivering customer service.
• Maintain equipment, materials, and professional on-site communications.
• Complete event reports and participate in training and team calls.
