Job summary

Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort in Arizona is seeking a mid-level Cook with strong culinary skills and hotel kitchen experience. The role requires good communication, the ability to work all kitchen stations, and the preparation of soups and sauces per recipes.

The candidate should also be able to work on the line with Main Kitchen and Banquet Production. Open availability and a flexible schedule (including lunch shifts, weekends and holidays) are required.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• 2 yrs. Previous line experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related Hotel experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.

Responsibilities

• Starting rate: $22.50 per hour.
• The mid-level Cook should have good communication and culinary skills and be able to work all kitchen stations, make soups and sauces per recipes.
• Must be able to work the line alongside Main Kitchen and Banquet Production.
• Cooks must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule including lunch shifts, weekends and holidays.
