• Manage servings and cost controls.
• Oversee kitchen staff and ensure cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.
• Monitor appearance and quality of prepared foods.
• Handle inventory, storage and distribution of food and supplies.
• Assist with pricing under supervision.
• Plan and standardize recipes with supervisor approval.
• Track and report food waste.
• Prepare and portion foods, utilize surpluses and leftovers.
