Qualifications

• Qualifications: Must be 16 years old to be hired, 18 years old to operate mandated equipment and meet any other state qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to order specifications, according to recipe and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the work area.
• Operate equipment safely according to company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain adequate stocking, cleanliness, and organization of the work area throughout the day.
• Complete prep tasks as needed according to recipe, procedure, quality and speed standards.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by exceeding expectations.
• Respond to guest requests by preparing orders to their specifications.
• Maintain food storage, receiving, stocking and rotating per company standards.
• Work closely with HOH & FOH staff in a high pace environment while handling time-sensitive tasks.
• Other functions as assigned by management.
