Job summary

Bethel Resort and Suites in Bethel, ME is seeking a dedicated Line Cook for a part-time, on-site role. You will join our back-of-house team, following established recipes and portion controls to deliver high-quality meals with precision and speed.

Responsibilities include preparing items per standards, maintaining sanitation, coordinating orders, and supporting inventory. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, ServSafe certification, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time kitchen experience in a related role.
• On-site work at the Bethel, ME hotel location.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality menu items following recipes and portion standards.
• Coordinate orders to support timely service at the dining area.
• Maintain sanitation and safe food handling per codes and brand standards.
• Set up and break down kitchen stations and equipment daily.
• Monitor inventory and communicate low items to Chef.
• Assist with banquets and event catering as needed.
• Support dishwashing and kitchen cleanliness to uphold standards.
