Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned meals following recipes and standards.
• Maintain temperature charts and food safety records.
• Assist in kitchen organization and food storage.
• Support Chef Manager in improving efficiency and staff training.
• Ensure FIFO food rotation and proper dating for freshness.
• Uphold personal hygiene and Civitas kitchen standards.
