Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing kitchen operations and inventory needs.
• Support Chef Manager/F&B Director to improve kitchen efficiency.
• Foster collaboration and uphold Civitas standards in hygiene and appearance.
• Ensure FIFO food rotation and proper dating for freshness.
