• Experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned meals following established recipes and standards.
• Maintain temperature charts and food safety records.
• Notify Chef of inventory needs and assist in kitchen operations.
• Uphold standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
• Assist in organizing kitchen, food storage, dish room, and related areas.
• Ensure FIFO rotation and proper dating for freshness.
• Support Chef Manager in growing kitchen efficiency and staff training.
• Follow sanitation and safety policies and regulatory requirements.
