Glenn's Kitchen SkyLounge in Atlanta, GA is seeking an entry-level Line Cook for a part-time role. You will prepare hot and cold dishes, follow predetermined recipes, monitor portions, and maintain a sanitary kitchen.

Reporting to the Chef, you will collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and high-quality presentations. Ideal candidates bring basic prep skills, reliability, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect surfaces and ensure sanitation according to procedures.
• Prepare food as directed and maintain portion control.
• Season and cook food following recipes and standards.

• Inventory, place orders, store and rotate items safely.
• Organize storage and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Assist in menu planning with supervision considering costs.
