Troon’s Tustin Ranch Golf Club in Tustin, CA is seeking a Part-Time Line Cook to join our hospitality-forward team. You will learn and maintain standards in food production, expedite orders, ensure sanitation, and assist with banquet functions while upholding safety and quality.

Competitive hourly pay of $19.00–$20.00, with benefits eligibility for healthcare and retirement options. Minimum qualifications include an Associate Culinary Degree with 2 years of culinary experience or equivalent.

Formación

• Associates Culinary Degree with 2 years of culinary experience or equivalent.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.
• Practices excellent operational sanitation.
• Executes scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates.
• Helps reduce loss/waste.
• Communicates equipment repair needs with chef.
• Actively participates in training efforts.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Checks and dates all deliveries and reports variances.

Educación

Associates Culinary Degree and 2 years of Culinary Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
