Job summary

Calvert Crossing Golf Club in Calhoun, LA is seeking a part-time Cook. You will learn standards in food production, expedites orders, and support banquet functions in a fast-paced hospitality setting as part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.

Must be available to work between 7 A.M. and 6 P.M., with opportunities to grow through training and teamwork. Associate degree in Culinary Arts and 2 years of experience are preferred; Serv Safe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates Culinary Degree and 2 years of culinary experience or equivalent.
• Serv Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.
• Practices sanitation.
• Executes scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintains professional relationships with associates.
• Checks deliveries and reports variances to chef.
• Prepares food according to recipes and production plans.
