Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Part Time Line Cook for the OSU Golf Club in Columbus. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes for club members and the public, operate standard kitchen equipment, and help with general food prep and plating.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a cook for the Golf Course Restaurant, preparing main course dishes, side dishes, salads, desserts, dressings, beverages, and special menu items.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment to cook food.
• Assist with general food prep, including cleaning and cutting, and assembling trays.
• May assist in setting up food lines and serving food.
• Clean work area, utensils and equipment.
• Shift may vary; work nights and weekends based on events.
