Infinity Management & Investments, LLC is seeking a Part-time Property Manager to oversee a 21-unit LIHTC property in Deer Lodge, MT.

The role covers day-to-day operations, rent collection, vendor coordination, on-site staff supervision, and coordination with the Asset Management team on budgets.

This position offers flexible hours (15 hours/week) with paid leave for vacation, sick time and holidays, and requires experience in property management and compliance with housing laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management preferred.
• Supervision experience required.
• Proficiency with basic office software and on-site rental systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and oversee maintenance tasks.
• Ensure rent collection and timely bank deposits; handle evictions as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and track invoices.
• Supervise on-site staff and conduct training.
• Prepare budgets with Asset Manager and monitor expenditures.
